A Chartered Insurance Practitioner with more than 22 years of experience across underwriting, insurance broking and executive leadership in Nigeria.
Abada Caroline is an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). She attended the University of Lagos, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance. She is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Her insurance practice spans both underwriting and broking. She began her career with UNIC Insurance Plc and rose to the position of Life Underwriter in a managerial capacity after 17 years of service.
After leaving UNIC Insurance Plc in 2009, Caroline worked with Leadway Assurance Plc until 2011. She subsequently spent seven years with Haggai Insurance Brokers Limited in Lagos and two years with Oriwu Insurance Brokers Limited.
Before joining Pendulum Insurance Brokers Limited, she served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Matric Insurance Brokers Limited.
Caroline brings to Pendulum a tested record of practical insurance knowledge, selfless achievement, strong human relations and customer-responsive leadership.
