When something goes wrong, you do not have to navigate it alone.
We help you notify the claim, understand what is required and stay informed as the insurer assesses it under your policy terms.

Start here after a loss
Every claim is different, but these practical first steps can help protect people, preserve evidence and prevent avoidable delays.
- 01
Make people and the scene safe. Contact emergency services where necessary.
- 02
Notify Pendulum or your insurer as soon as reasonably possible.
- 03
Preserve useful evidence such as photographs, receipts, correspondence and reference numbers.
- 04
Avoid permanent repairs or disposing of damaged items until the insurer advises you, where possible.
What happens after you notify us
We help confirm the notification route and documents the insurer is likely to require. The insurer may appoint an assessor, ask follow-up questions or request further evidence before reaching a decision. We remain available to explain the process, follow up and help you respond. The insurer alone assesses liability and decides the claim under the policy.
Accurate information helps the process
Give complete and accurate information at placement, renewal and claim time. Missing or misleading details can affect cover or payment, while fraudulent claims may be declined and can have further consequences.
